Here you can find all the requirements that we see fit for joining the exchange. They really are not that hard to follow. They are pretty basic.
Site Requirements:
The site must be yours and you must be a current Grammarian
No pornography, or hate pages allowed.
Your site must be complete. No under construction with nothing on them will be allowed.
Banner Requirements:
Your banner must be 88x31 or 234x60 pixels in size.
Animated banners are allowed.
The banner should be easy to read. A banner that is too cluttered will not attract many visitors.
